The Fallen Flags project was created by Artist Rebecca Fellows in order to honor the men and women of the U.S. Military who were killed in action during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. On Oct. 13, 2021, she placed the images of the last 13 service members who were killed in Afghanistan, completing the project.
